Our Story

At ToothShower, improving oral health is our passion.

Our founder, a dental hygienist with over 20 years of experience, was frustrated by the number of her patients suffering with gum disease. At the time, her best option was to recommend a countertop water flosser because most people hated to use string floss. Her patients often didn’t know what was happening in their own mouths- even at the risk of losing teeth.

Her bright idea…. Move it into the shower!

We feel, and many people agree, that the drawbacks to countertop water flossers out weigh the benefits. Messy sinks, electric cords, reservoirs, batteries, noise, and the need for taking up valuable counter space all add up to people just not using their traditional water flossers. By locating the ToothShower right in your shower, we change the way you think about your oral care.

Because your teeth deserve the benefits of thoughtful oral technology

With easy-to-use buttons and dials, you control the pressure and temperature of gently distributed water to experience an unparalleled cleaning. And with additional, carefully molded accessories, you can clean and massage areas that brushing and flossing struggle to reach.

This is especially true when it comes to braces. If you’re looking for a thorough water flossing tool that gets between wires, braces, and other awkward orthodontic placements, the ToothShower is your preeminent weapon against sticky plaque buildup and painful decay.

We recognize that a healthy mouth depends on clean teeth and gums

Systemic health issues (inflammation) have been linked to oral health, and we aim to address those concerns. Healthy gums should not bleed. The convenient location and ease of use of ToothShower means that you can now enjoy water flossing and brushing to improve the health of your entire mouth.

We are on a mission to change the way you think about your oral health

Gum disease can be prevented, and we are passionate about helping you improve the health of your teeth and gums. American Dental Association guidelines recommend brushing two times daily and cleaning between teeth once a day. We have made that goal easy to achieve by removing the barriers to getting the cleanest mouth possible.
